Thank you for shopping with THC Central Dispensary. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled.
Due to the nature of our products
Because our products are hemp-derived, consumable, and subject to strict handling and legal requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health, safety, and regulatory reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue via:

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Unopened products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can provide return instructions — items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted. Shipping costs to return the item are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
How to start a return
To start a return or report an issue, email us at sales@thc-central.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within one business day with next steps.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved:
- Cryptocurrency payments (via Blockonomics) are refunded to the wallet address used for the original payment, where possible
- Bank transfer payments are refunded via bank transfer
- Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit
- Other payment methods are refunded using the same method used for the original purchase, where possible
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Age and jurisdiction restrictions
We ship only to the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, and only to customers who meet the applicable minimum age requirement (21+). Orders placed in violation of these restrictions may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
