Rewards
Every order earns you points toward future savings. No sign-up fees, no complicated rules — just points for the purchases you’re already making. Here’s exactly how it works.
Add products to your cart and check out like normal. There’s nothing extra to do — every account earns automatically.
You earn 1 point for every dollar of your order subtotal, after any discounts, once your order is marked completed.
Check your balance anytime under My Account > Rewards, or from the points badge shown while you’re signed in.
The program is built to reward the way people already shop with us, not to push you toward buying more than you planned. Points accrue automatically on every order — a single eighth earns the same 1-point-per-dollar rate as a wholesale order — and there is no tier system that locks better rates behind a spending threshold.
Because points are tied to your account rather than a specific order or product, you can stack them across multiple purchases and redeem them whenever you have enough saved up, whether that is on your next order or several orders from now. There is no rush to use them before they expire, as long as you place at least one order within a rolling 12-month window.
If you are a returning customer switching from guest checkout, your past guest orders will not retroactively earn points — the rewards program only tracks activity tied to a registered account going forward. Creating an account before your next order is the only step required to start earning on it.
Points and dollar-off discounts are the only redemption option right now — there is no separate catalog of rewards-only products or gift items to redeem against. That keeps the math simple: whatever balance you see in your account is worth exactly that many dollars off your next order, calculated the same way every time.
If you run into an issue with your balance — points that should have posted but have not, a redemption that did not apply correctly — reach out through our Contact page with your order number and we will sort it out directly rather than asking you to wait for it to resolve on its own.
