Age and eligibility
Our products are intended for adults aged 21 and older. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Where we sell
We currently ship to and accept orders from the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Hemp-derived cannabinoid products may not be legal in all jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you before purchasing.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Account information (name, email, username, password) if you register an account
- Billing and shipping details (name, address, email, phone) when you place an order
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers (see “Payment processing” below); we do not store full card numbers on our servers
- Email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter, along with the date/time of your consent and the page you signed up from
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, and their contents
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our security plugin (Wordfence), used to protect the Site from abuse and attacks
- A temporary, anonymous session token when you’re viewing a product page, used only to power the “people are viewing this” indicator; this token is not linked to your identity and is automatically deleted after a short period of inactivity

Rewards / loyalty program:
If you have an account and make purchases, we maintain a points ledger tied to your account (points earned, points redeemed, and the associated order) so we can track and display your rewards balance. This data is used solely to operate the loyalty program.
Order-based site content:
With your order’s billing name and city (which you provide at checkout), we may display a brief, anonymized “recent purchase” notification (first name, city, and product only). This only ever reflects real, recent orders — we never fabricate this data, and we never show your email, phone, full address, or order total. If you’d prefer your order not be used this way, contact us at sales@thc-central.com and we’ll exclude your account.
Cookies
We use cookies to operate essential Site functions, including:
- Shopping cart and checkout functionality
- Remembering your language preference (English/German)
- A cookie consent banner, which lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies

- Payment processors, to process payment
- Service providers who host the Site or send transactional/marketing email on our behalf

How long we keep your data
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with legal/tax obligations, and operate your account and rewards balance. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous product-viewer session tokens are deleted automatically after a short period of inactivity.
Your rights
